Order Processing Time

  • Processing Period: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same day.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    • Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return.
  • Return Costs:
    • Defective/incorrect items: Dogelue covers shipping.
    • Change-of-mind returns: customer pays actual postage.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee
